From the 15th to the 19th of October 2013, Wallonia -Brussels Campus was on tour in Mexico (Puebla, Leon, Monterrey) to participate in the Europosgrados student fair. This event presents, in several Latin American countries, the second cycle and advanced higher education courses open to students in Europe.
Marie Dehout, representing WB-Campus, was accompanied by Chantal Wouters, careers specialist at the UCL, and for the Monterrey stage of the trip, by Albert Corhay, vice-chancellor of the University of Liège. Each university representative talked about study opportunities in Belgium and in their own institution in particular, while WB-Campus provided general and comprehensive information on the higher education courses taught in French or English in French-speaking Belgium and all the practical aspects of such a project. Quality, cost, multidisciplinary nature of the institutions, but also quality of life, were the arguments put forward to around 250 Mexican students who proved to be very receptive to the advantages of higher education in Wallonia-Brussels.
Wallonia-Brussels Campus (WBCampus) is the agency charged with promoting the higher education offering of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation abroad. Through its Studyinbelgium programme, it offers foreign candidates a wide range of quality courses and attractive financing solutions.
